Despite economic turndown causing art sales to drop, and Banksy pieces off Kate Moss failing to sell it just doesn't stop some.
A gang has been stopped trying to steal a piece on a WALL in Hackney wick which was created by Banksy.
The gang used sophisticated industrial cutting equipment to try and steal the derelict wall which is known for being one of the first pieces credited to the now informous graffiti artist Banksy.
The threatened Hackney Wick image shows a baby with scattered building blocks and the slogan, "Kill People", and is located in White Post Lane, near Hackney Wick railway station.
Credit to the Hackney Gazette.
